Equality Policy 

At our organisation, we are committed to creating a workplace that is fair, inclusive and free from discrimination. To achieve this goal, we have established the following Employment Equality Policy:

  1. Reporting Discrimination and Harassment: Any employee who believes they have been subjected to discrimination or harassment, or who witnesses such behaviour, should report the incident immediately to their line manager, HR representative or a designated person. We will take all complaints seriously, and we will investigate all allegations of discrimination or harassment in a prompt and confidential manner.
