Services
Heat Interface Unit (HIU)
HIUs provide DHW and heating services, with high thermal efficiency, via plate heat exchanges. Temperatures are moderated with thermostatic regulators for safety.
Chilled Interface Unit (CIU)
CIUs connect the district supply to domestic FCU pipework. CIUs aid district flow, by ensuring district pipework doesn't have to navigate restrictive domestic architecture.
Fan Cooled Unit (FCU)
FCUs are interfaced to the chilled district supply either directly, or indirectly; via a CIU. FCU design is dependant on the interface medium and specification.
Underfloor Heating (UFH)
UFH works can remove any restrictions limiting the flow and the amount of heat dissipated, whilst balancing the heat distribution for your system.
District Heating Plant Room
District supply for HIUs covers all associated machinery including boilers, pump sets, pressurisation units, heat exchangers, gas booster sets, degassers and more.
Building Management System (BMS)
The electrical hub of your plant room enables site staff to report on general plant room functionality via simple error lighting display.
Water Quality & Treatment
Testing and treatment for district water, ensures the correct pH balance, significantly minimises corrosion potential and increases latent thermal efficiency.
Thermal Survey
A thermal imaging survey will show heat gains and losses that can't be seen by the human eye. This proves machine functionality, complete with infrared thermography .
District Cooling Plant Room
District supply for CIUs covers all associated machinery including chillers, condensers, pump sets, pressurisation units, expansion vessels, cooling towers and more.
Cold Water Tank Room
Main CWS, including boosted supplies, cover everything from storage tanks to pump sets. Legionella control complete with water testing.
Commissioning
Our services greatly reduce the number of future HIU and CIU breakdowns for the building life. Measures include flow regulation and optimised thermal distribution.
Consulting
We can advise and/or assist with any project limitations including commissioning correction, HIU prototype design and HVAC first fix design.
